I was just wondering if anyone mind the ads on the side? Be serious here, i just want to know if you guys think its alright? Its either that or rely on the support us page to cover costs.

i have no problem at all with advertising. it is espicially good when they good deals for us(hint for any to be advertisers)

I say go advertising, it will help spread the website around the commuinity, raise cash to keep it going and it makes it look more proffessional than it already is.

I have no issues with seeing ads on the site as long as they are relevant to the site content (i.e bikes). I dont like to see random unrelated adds on websites (e.g. meet singles in your area etc). If it helps support the site and the community I'm all for them.
