hey all,
seems to be a little slow at the moment so sience the school holidays have started whats every body getting up to.
i have got work experience this week in mackay fly out tomorrow then coem back two weeks of hard training for the push i plan on doing castle hill twice each morning then to the xc tracks of the arvo and maybe some road during the day. any other tips.
